This coffee was good! It was a real modern anaerobic ferment - don’t remember a lot of the notes but I did really like it! Their stuff is probably overpriced for what it is. And there’s certainly better innovative coffee processing roasters out there - Hydrangea and Moonwake are two I like.

Doesn’t help that I found it while doing regular research on cat litter. Though I think you’re right.

In Japanese, nekonotoirego - literally, the way of the cat litter, is often shortened into nekogomi - cat garbage. It's an ancient aesthetic philosophy rooted in cat poo and a modern art form practiced by cats and cat lovers everywhere.

My job is just 3/3rds boring

Uhh I use a zero filter to make “distilled” water and then add in a third wave water packet to a gallon to make my coffee water. I use a hario or Kalita or origami dripper. And I use a Kinu Phoenix hand grinder. My beans are currently roasted by Manhattan in Rotterdam and Duck Rabbit in Cleveland.

The coffee thing I want right now is the new pulsar. no bypass drippers are making a big splash the last year or two.

I don’t really think I need this honestly. I don’t get much issue with stalling.

I didn’t hate this album at all. Sludge metal is one of the relatively few metal genres I really dig. The style’s proximity to sounds developed in the no wave and noise rock movements in the early 80s I think is why I enjoy it
