Do clarify, please - this new panel would also have the same requirements as the 25th via the Cabinet, correct? So it would be VP + Majority of the new Commission/panel + 2/3 House + 2/3 Senate? Assuming that's right, also explain how this is a BETTER option than impeachment/removal in Congress?

Raskin KNOWS that it's MUCH harder to get JD and the Cabinet on board for the 25th when Congress
They COULD just be working to IMPEACH (then REMOVE).
So WHY are they talking about the 25th instead?

I hope this stops it from being built. Nasty things for noise pollution let alone their gargantuan water & energy use. In a time critical to climate crisis, there should be laws to PRESERVE resources and insist upon sustainable/regenerative business practices, not these gluttonous data centers.

I don't know details of (sec?) 3 /14th amendment (I believe that's the "illegitimate President" approach (?) but I do whole heartedly agree with the firehose/do every possible thing approach! BTW @jessicadenson07.bsky.social has done videos about him being an illegal POTUS and I think 3 / 14, too

YES. I saw this 'math' explanation that impeachment is the 'easier' choice (by comparison to the 25th, anyway) the other day and made this image (I'm no graphic designer obviously, though, lol, so hoping someone with better skills will make one to circulate)
