And even if they were, nothing stops the United States from removing them. Greenland is also a part of NATO.

It’s just objectively untrue that they have only hit civilian targets. I hate Iran and Israel equally. Both are POS countries in need of regime change and both kill civilians without blinking.
I have yet to see evidence that they are purposely attacking civilian targets. It would make little sense. With Iran’s limited capabilities it would be wise to priorities military targets. Truth of the matter is probably lack of accuracy and the fact intercepted missiles rain debree everywhere.
