When Trump and his cult are finally out of power, we need to do everything we possibly can to restore and shore up our institutions to ensure that no one like him can abuse the power of the presidency again. The honor system is no longer enough. Hopefully, we will begin to value character again.
Democrats are more than ready to get TSA paychecks out the door NOW—we have been for weeks.
But the only way we're going to get out of this mess is if we know Trump, who apparently decides how Republican Senators vote, is on the same page.
