It's a solid Doom style shooter. Not my typical genre. It isn't perfect, and while I think there are critiques to be had (chief among them, to me, is the aforementioned baseball card game...), it is very fun so far, but I'm still unlocking "core" mechanics.

I definitely spend too much on games I don't have time to play right now but someday I'll thank myself when I rebuy the game on sale on steam because I forgot I bought it physically for a console.

I'm not all the way through Mouse P.I. yet, but... I cannot comprehend how the baseball card game is "[the reviewer's] favorite thing" at the hub level.

I do think that different font choices are wonderful IF THEY WORK.

The Last Gas Station, Mouse: PI for Hire, Disco Elysium, and Slay the Spire still have me pretty hooked. Hoping to get back to Super Mario Galaxy this week as well.

Didn't get around to Mouse PI yesterday, had to delay it so my partner can enjoy it with me when we can.

But, we were able to crack A5 and almost cracked A6 in Slay the Spire together. I had the worst deck possible to make it deep into act 3, all it did was make souls and buff osty 😂

Gotta make hay while the sun's shining, sounds like a blast though.
