Exactly this…there are people who are paid a lot of money to have a long and short list of achievable targets (both Managers and players) who fit in with the direction the club want to take. They should be having conversations with agents as to whether interested or not, what wages etc etc.

After the last 4-5 torturous years I’m generally happy but agree the recruitment remains v poor. Which comes from structure. And what previous does AK have of setting up successful clubs? Absolutely none…a major concern.

In the interests of balance; he’s obviously head shoulders above the rest of the team, but injury prone, poor lifestyle, an age both of those factors will catch up, no resale etc. it has been a joy to watch him though.
