Ink drawing on paper of a young, floppy-haired male individual looking down at his phone while seated. We don’t see his face, as his head is dropped into one hand, propping it up, while the other is scrolling. He wears a hoodie, long trousers, and laced shoes.

The paper on which this is drawn is in a sketchbook resting on what looks like a Disney’s Chip character stuffed animal, but it’s really a plush face on a fuzzy bag.

Haven’t really attempted to use this app much. Should I? Are people actually engaging online like this anymore? I miss the community.

Anyway, here’s a sketch while on the train to Disneyland Paris.

I take umbrage at Ben Wyatt’s fan fic, which claims that Data had never felt anything before. First of all, sir, how dare you?
Secondly, Data’s system lacks the human body & mind’s ability to bypass protocols. Commander Data might be someone who has felt more than any human ever.

Recent chats about water coloring has made me nostalgic for my very old paintings. This one is from 2014, I think.

I totally get that! When I look through old watercolors from my 20s, I wonder why I don’t paint like that anymore. 😞

Suddenly had the urge to draw Ryan Howard, after really hating that guy. Great job of creating the guy that we all unfortunately know, writers of The Office! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Finally went to Life Drawing Music Club here in Paris. Lots of fun. Good energy & a fabulous performance by Mackenzie Versace.

The DNA we carry is so precious. When I learn of the history of people I meet, I’m always inspired by humanity.

My last post was considered “adult content”. Oh boy, as a figurative artist, this platform is gonna be rough.
So here’s an iPhone 5 finger-painting from 2013.

Also, not sure if you remember me; I used to host sketch gatherings with the Getty Center in LA. Anyway, I have moved to Paris and will be hosting some things here. I would love to get coffee some time! 😊

Minimalistic line drawing of possibly male figure, from chest up. The lines are red and have considerable line variation, having been created with a brush pen. The figure looks away from the viewer and the silhouette of the portrait is made of the hills and valleys of eye, cheekbone, the tip of the nose, and corners of lips. He is looking down.
