Happy to present new work on the effect of US trade policy during the trade war on Chinese multinational location decisions at the @kiel.institute for the Workshop on Economic Security and the Future of the Global System.
It was a pleasure having you here and learning about your exciting new projects!
I think many would agree that today it’s key to understand the price impact of tariffs.
We show average import prices rose and lowered consumers’ real income in the UK from higher chances of tariffs due to Brexit.
I wouldn’t be shocked if the same is happening in the US now.
