In that spirit I've instead decided I need to take the week off stream to try to rest and recuperate. My intention is for this to only be this week, but chronic conditions are unpredictable so I'm taking things day by day and will keep y'all posted.
Chronic issues are flaring up at (not) fun new levels and I'm struggling hard to just maintain work and irl responsibilities. In the past I would have just continued pushing unrealistic expectations on myself. I'm trying to learn to treat myself with grace and patience...
