Like yeah, I CAN work really hard at a relationship. I’ve done it before! But I’m still pretty bad at it and nobody is really having a good time lmao.

I’ve been single for years and I have 0 interest in changing that, but I’ve def felt like it’s wildly selfish and therefore bad that I LOVE living alone and spending most of my time farting around on my own projects. Was nice to hear that affirmed as a normal choice, not a character defect.

I listened to a book on relationship communication advice and it touched on not pursuing romantic relationships not because you COULDN'T do the work, but because the work just doesn’t seem interesting, and damn if that didn’t hit home haha.

Right, yeah!! Plus, I won’t repost stuff that is risqué but not tagged, because I also respect that not everyone who follows me wants to see! I wouldn’t show those people that art directly, and I’d like to have my feed work that way too.

FWIW I uhh think almost everything I’ve seen complained about getting a mod assigned tag needed to be tagged. There’s nothing wrong with kink art/nudes/etc, but I still want the option of “show adult content”, because I’m not always somewhere that stuff is appropriate.
