A pretty black wooden cabin with white painted windows and doors. There is snow all around - a bit on the roof, lots on the ground, and falling snow can be seen falling diagonally in front of the cabin.

And like that, my return trip is booked!

I knew I couldn't stay away from the snowy houses for too long. Back in Feb - yay!

I'm an ex art professor from the seventies although i though arts& Communication in high school. I had an old film development room with all the equipment for whom wanted to learn in class. But with time that i had to change it to a podcast room. New generation kids.

✨It rarely gets the centre of attention because of the lantern tower but the 12th Romanesque nave at Ely Cathedral is jaw-dropping - so I put my tilt-shift lens to use..📸

A large turquoise iceberg sits on a sand bank in the surf. The water around is a strange dusky pink. In the distance are four people standing around on another sand bank, with lots of large turquoise icebergs near them.

I don't usually show much scale on my photos of icebergs and bergy bits/growlers (the smaller ones), so here are some people in the distance on the other side of the little river where the icebergs come out to give an idea of scale.
