Are you suggesting the plight of the people who can afford those experiences is worse than the people who actually live in the city who can barely afford groceries? Who can barely afford to take a half day off work to do some protesting?
With fuel prices such as they are and game tickets being $1000 on the low end, yeah you are pretty well off if you can take that time away from work and disposable income. Even normal everyday people who live in the host cities are priced out of the experience.

I don't know anyone that's going to a game, but I will be encouraging people who want to watch the game on TV to watch it on an illegal site instead in order to kill ratings. If the TV stations don't see the actual numbers, it will fail so hard.
