Has anyone else stopped using #FigmaMake since the token restrictions? I had to spend so much time managing tokens that I now only use it to make handoffs to Dev easier.

I do really hope #LLMs gain the ability to learn and things like #FigmaMake become smart about data and structure. The ability for a designer to give developers snippets of useful code is so damn useful. Right now it is still a mess though. DIV soup.
For a $3 trillion company, #Apple really seems to be pinching pennies for their 50th anniversary celebration... I honestly expected some significant joy...
The psychology of eating is fascinating. The density of boiled eggs is probably tricking your brain to think it is a lot while the scrambled eggs are airy and light, easier to chew/eat and not 8 of something. You do lose some water going scrambled, but I bet it is all in your head!
I had to upgrade #macOS to #Tahoe for a compatibility issue and wow, this is so horrible in so many ways. One of the worst #UI designs I have ever used. And that doesn't even mention the bugs.
I really thought they were going to turn Fitness+ into a platform to rival iTunes with trainers creating content ecosystems.
I still can never figure out why my #iPhone shows strong #WiFi yet nothing loads. It’s such poor design and it affects me multiple times a day.
I honestly don't understand how it is 2026 and #macOS won't let me have different settings for how my laptop #trackpad #scrolls vs my #mouse. There isn't even a mouse settings section anymore.
By default, #Gemini #LLM is always trying to get me to follow up on a new, tangential line of thinking to keep the chat going. Whereas most other LLMs I have dealt with try to follow MY own logic path and dig deeper. Gemini seems to wander off base a TON. Very frustrating.
I honestly cannot fathom how #Chase bank ended up turning their bill pay feature into one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Each year they make it worse. They should fire everyone involved. #UX
Keep trying #gemini but it lacks so many table stakes. Insane BASIC misses. Hire some #UX leads to direct your product roadmap.
We've had #smartphones for over a decade. Almost EVERYONE has one. Pant pockets should have extra internal sleeve so phones can be protected from scratches while the other part can have keys.
The use of #LLMs like #ChatGPT is incredibly concerning on a number of fronts. For me, one of the largest is that they are being used for education and learning, but they are just wrong incredibly often and then lie about it. They are making people believe incorrect basic facts.
I really haven’t liked the #AppleMusic #UI historically. But this latest version is easily the worst. Pinning now works, but everything is so many more taps to find music and play it.
If you need a high powered #flashlight, the #Wurkkos TS32 is a pretty good option that is on sale right now. 12,000 lumen flood channel with high CRI #Nichia519a LEDs and a center throw channel using the #SFT40. Can act as a power bank as well. wurkkos.com/products/wur...
I can find #Victorinox #SwissArmyKnife design very frustrating. But swapping the scale from my #SAKCompact onto my #SAKExplorer adds the pen to one of my favorite models. One day I hope they let us design our own.
The coming glasses with heads up displays really are going to be a huge #accessibility benefit. So many with #hearing disabilities will now have captions. #Vision impaired can have the cameras scan environments for them and read out descriptions. I mean, just reading menus as we get older is huge!
Am I missing a setting, or will #Teams and #Outlook always BOTH give you an #alert for the same meeting update? It is frustrating to see constant double alerts.
Very happy #Apple #iPhone #iOS26 now lets you review #voicemails without auto playing the audio. It was incredibly frustrating to be listening to music or a podcast and have the audio stopped just to check the voicemail transcript. The phone app is really buggy now, but at least this is improved.
Well, for some reason #Chase just made paying bills on their website one of the WORST experiences I have ever encountered. I don't think they could do worse if they tried. So many accordions. All of the important info like payment is hidden. I may change banks just because of this. #UX
Sport media, including podcasts are funded by gambling and it makes me feel gross with every ad.
Often a #UI feels more intuitive over time. #iOS26 just makes me more and more angry as I notice more and more how bloated and slow it is. So much of this design breaks basic #UX and #Design fundamentals, almost like they were trying to make it noisy and less easy to use.
This is the bubble design in a nutshell. It takes up a ton of space, makes targets worse, and then adds unhelpful glass effects to every edge. It's a very noisy design that also breaks accessibility everywhere.
There are so many basic UX/UI and accessibility problems and it is just poorly executed on top. It really looks like a very junior team did this work. Everything is slow too.
How would anyone know this and when did double tap become a gesture? That's is VERY confusing. Is it linked to a default, or are you really just hitting the All Tabs button before the long animation finishes and there really isn't a double tap at all?
At this point I think #Apple platforms now have the worst #UI #Design of any major companies. Looks bad and is ineffective and inefficient. So disappointing.
Reducing motion and transparency doesn’t help #iOS26 much. Everything is so slow to open, close, etc. Very frustrating #usability #UX
It blows my mind that even entering my lock screen passcode in #iOS26 is completely unreadable. Bubbles and transparency EVERYWHERE taking up space and creating horrible contrast collisions. These are mistakes no designer should ever be making.
I honestly have never seen a company make so many bad #UX choices in an update like #iOS26. So many basics they chose to make obviously worse. And that’s not including the bugs.
The updates to #YouTube make it feel much more targeted for little kids. I don't get it.
