As an architect, I am documenting a breach of my IP. In 2020, I pitched a design to TwoSet Violin under a written "non-publication" guarantee. I’m now showing how that proprietary work was later commercialized.

Independent creators use recruitment tests to show high-level thinking. When a brand extracts research for profit after promising protection, it undermines the industry. Integrity has no expiration date.
5/7: Technical Overlap
The evidence shows more than a theme; it’s a direct implementation of my technical rationale and structural placement provided for evaluation only. Brands should not use recruitment tests as free commercial blueprints.
4/7: The Breach
17 months later, on July 10, 2021, the "Stave Collection" line launched. It used the exact vertical side-staff geometry and front-quarter placement I had theorized for that specific collection.
3/7: The Promise
The professional foundation was an explicit promise. On Feb 18, 2020, TwoSet HR stated: "Please note that these designs are purely for recruitment purposes, and we will not publish your work."
2/7: The Research
My pitch utilized a vertical side-staff placement; a structural solution from my post-grad research on Perceptual Load Mitigation. It was engineered to manage visual noise and prevent cognitive saturation for the viewer.
