I’ll be surprised if Chelsea manage to keep 11 players on the pitch here, seems a few of them are ready to blow their top over any little challenge. Could also argue Delap should have already been sent off, you’ve definitely seen them given

That’s what I think, obviously Ashworth leaving so soon was an issue then Mitchell was a waste of space. Hopefully with Hopkinson and Wilson in place there isn’t so much impetus on Howe to find signings this summer.

If Eddie stays this summer one thing id change is the way we identify players. Rather than Howe giving a list of players to go for he needs to just give a list of attributes he wants for each position and let those hired to find players do it and he can focus on getting the best out of them #NUFC

If Villa win the Europa League and finish top 5 then 6th will also be a CL spot

Big game today, expecting a canny few changes to the team too which is 100% necessary imo. My line up would be;

Pope

Trippier
Thiaw
Burn
Hall

Tonali
Miley
Ramsey

Elanga
Wissa
Barnes

I would ease Bruno back in as we need him to stay fit but if he starts I’d drop Elanga and put Ramsey RW #NUFC

I was gonna say Bruno in midfield over Tonali too but with him being out a while I’d rather him not start, if he picks up another injury we are fucked so I’d ease him back in. Gordon can’t start after last week imo, they were all off it but he seemed like he couldn’t care less and it annoyed me 😂

Tonali

Elanga

Barnes

Maybe, personally tho I think he’s earned the chance to rebuild in the summer and go again next season. Obviously if we start the season badly it could turn sour with sections of the fanbase but after what he’s achieved here I think if he feels he can keep pushing us forward he should get the chance

I’m not saying he will and I’m certainly not saying I want him to but with the way this season has gone he might decide he wants a new challenge or the club may make the decision to make a change. He won’t be short of offers so it’s not that improbable he leaves this summer.

If Eddie does leave in the summer who we replace him with will be a good indication of the outside perception of the club since the takeover. I know the top managers are unlikely but we’ve gotta at least try to get one in if we are looking to progress again #NUFC

Would rather sell abroad tbf, can fully see him being interested too and I wouldn’t blame him. I’d actually take a little bit of a smaller fee if it meant he went abroad, not sure I could stomach seeing him and the Rat reunite at Liverpool 🤮

Let’s face it, until we manage to increase our revenues to the levels of the bigger sides we are never gonna consistently compete at the top end of the league. Hopefully now we have people in place to speed that process up we see things starting to move, absolutely massive summer ahead #NUFC

Honestly I don’t know what the answer is but something needs to change this summer, its starting to feel like some of the players have given up and I never thought I’d say that about this group #NUFC

Pope

Tino
Thiaw
Burn
Hall

Tonali
Miley
Joelinton

Ramsey
Woltemade
Gordon

If the Ramsey experiment isn’t working after a bit move him to the number 10 role and play Gordon and Woltemade as a front 2.

Big game today, hoping the time the lads have had on the training ground makes a difference. Can see Pope coming back in and would love to see Miley start if he’s ready to. id also like to see Ramsey given a try on the right wing with Gordon on the left and big Nick in the middle #NUFC

Shithousing for 90 mins before that just to wind up Lego head 👌

A 9 point lead with City having 2 games in hand and they have to play each other is not that strong of a position imo, we also have to play Arsenal so we could do something very funny and make them hate us even more than they already do 😂🤞 #NUFC

The “Bombshell” being that he isn’t quite ready to return after injury, groundbreaking stuff. Wtf has happened to The Chronicle man, used to be a great local paper but now it’s just an online clickbait farm, such a shame.

Genuinely thought this was an actual Tunnocks advert for a second, was thinking I’ve not seen that advert yet then I seen the writing at the bottom 🤦‍♂️ the power of persuasion really does work 😂

They signed him from Lazio in January, think it was about £30m but could be wrong on the fee

Funny because other that the odd fan online the only people pushing this narrative he’s under pressure is you lot in the media. 99% of fans want him to still be here next season but this constant reporting makes it look like the opposite.

Vini Jr really does come across like a propa chod, imagine having to deal with both him and Mbappe in the dressing room man it must be a nightmare

Really looking forward to this Real v Bayern game, also hopefully Sporting can do something hilarious but there’s no way I’m watching that over the Real game. I fancy Bayern to knock them out over 2 rounds, Kane is deadly in this team and Olise seems to have became a world beater #UCL

We grew up when every kid wanted to be a centre forward, you’d often be encouraged to pursue other positions because of that. What we are seeing now is the result of that imo, we will probably have a plethora of them again in 15-25 years.
