I cook my own stuff to get around that. If there isnt a lactose free alternative usually I look for vegan alternatives and it often helps a lot

So tasty and its lactose free too. Use vegan butter and cream

Chicken and bacon alfredo with mushrooms and bell pepper (for a more balanced meal for my health)
