Considering the way of the world now The Stepford Wives should be mentioned along with The Demon Seed and while they're not technically horror, Collosus The Forbin Project and The Andromeda Strain. Maybe even Westworld and Futureworld?

Music is freedom, especially rock and metal music and it has greater strength than all the politicians and billionaires put together.
A pencil shopping expedition involving a 44 mile round trip to the last remaining art shop in the area on a 4 hour back shattering bus trip there and back...
And the cost of all these pencils? £116.89
This may be why I won't draw someone's pooch or child for £50 as I have been asked many times.
So here's the thing. I live in an area where the ONLY art shop is 22 miles away. I use busses, how long do you think it takes for me to buy pencils?
2 hrs there, same back and if I miss a 3 pm bus I will have to wait in a town miles away for at least an hour. Last trip I returned home at 8pm

Right now there are four astronauts travelling around the moon who are vastly more important. They give us hope.

I was a child around the time the moon launches ended. We had hope for the future. Not only do I hope they return safely, I hope we get back some of that inspiration and aim for peace.

I can confirm, because I was a kid of less than 10 in the 1970's the 70's was full of things like this. It was special, but there was so much of it we didn't know we were in a golden age until you look back and see what you're missing in today's world.
We've lost too much magic.
