It appears as though many in this comment section think that simple solutions are easy and straight forward to implement in complex systems. This couldn’t be further from the truth. I think a solid and actionable plan begins with seeing and working with the complexity that is already present.

Horrified to hear that Medicaid has been shut down overnight in the states as a result of halt on (American) federal grants and loans. My heart goes out to all the health care professionals and Medicaid recipients. You all deserve so much better than this.
