6 miles after my first day of physical therapy for the hip. Fortunately, my physical therapist doesn't think it's all that bad, it seems. So, all things considered, I feel pretty alright.

5 miles this morning. The world feels bleak. My big running goal for the year has collapsed thanks to my hip. Not a great start.
At the same time, I think about how hard this would be if I didn't have this outlet at all. Some days it's the only thing keeping me sane. That and caffeine.

Spent the whole day at Kualoa Ranch yesterday doing two different tours seeing so much Jurassic Park/Jurassic World history. Legendarily incredible day. I have no words.
