Judge Stephanie Gallagher said clearly,
“We don’t skip to the end. My order requires that Cristian be returned.”
The DOJ claimed they could not comply.
Then they flew him to the country he fled.
And told the court later.

Daniel Lozano-Camargo was protected under a 2024 legal agreement.
In March, ICE deported him to El Salvador.
In April, a federal judge ordered the government to bring him back.
Instead, they removed him again, this time to Venezuela.
No hearing. No notice. No process.
