Lucy lives. The Dude and I changed all the injectors and she started right up. These vehicles are amazing.

She’s not shifting out of 1st but good enough to hit the station and top off the tank.

The M1009 has been a dream car of mine for decades. They’re cheap as hell and I dunno why I didn’t pulled the trigger sooner.

80s were a weird time for GMC. Mix of metric and SAE seems random. Battery cable bolts are SAE and injectors are metric. 17mm for the injector lines and 30mm for the injectors. 🤷

Getting Lucy running ain’t gonna be impossible, but it will be a chore. Got compression on all cylinders, so it’s either a fuel issue or a fuel issue. Starting from the cylinder back to the tank. New injectors are on the way so taking the old ones out this weekend.
