In 1983, on our first US tour, we needed some promo shots so Vickers suggested a photographer he knew in New York, Stephanie Chernikowski. We went down to her studio on the Bowery opposite CBGBs and did a session with her. Sadly, as of this week, she is no longer with us. Goodbye Stephanie.

I found my bourgeois and asked for an upgrade on this tour. No lock on the shared ladies shower is just a bit icky for me now.

He was set up to set me up. He was meant to represent male chauvinists. He was simply an unreconstructed man. What is that buddy? Are men reconstructed? Why aren’t they constructed and then unconstructed?

This is a fantastic read—a definitive musical history that fans of Australian alternative music since 1979 will love. You might think I’m biased because I play music with him. The book is packed with whimsical anecdotes featuring favorite figures up until 2016. By Robert Snarski
The book got wet.

Absolutely spot on. Sky is hysterical, illogical and so close to satire, that
people believing opinion is fact think everything presented is an existential threat, reds under the beds, rather than just a group with different policy ideas, it makes productive conversation impossible.

Of course. But a bomb that didn’t work was also thrown into the crowd at an indigenous rally.

My dear writer friend (and p), took me on a picnic with Geoff T. They served those pies. As an Australian I didn’t get it. She and her p went walking, I threw them high in the air far away. Unfortunately their walk landed where the pies had landed. Even my very best lies could not hide my disgrace.

I guess they’re worried there will be more events like that. Albo will get the blame of course because apparently it’s all his fault.
