I’m in total despair. Can’t think about much besides the genuine madman in charge of my country. It’s debilitating.

This is the president and he’s basically saying he’s going to order genocide against the people he told ‘help is on the way’ earlier this calendar year. He’s absolutely got to be removed from office. There is a mechanism and today is without any shadow of a doubt what it is there for.

There’s a plot line in Silicon Valley where something similar happens and the only possible response is all-out attack. There’s a kind of class war atm - philistines vs artists - they despise us and will stop at nothing to take every bite of the invisibly small pie we’ve been left.

I’m in a cafe by the highway and they’re playing the divine Bettye Swan. It’s been too long since I heard her voice. One of the greatest of the greats she must be.

UK’s smallest bird of prey among 200 species at risk of extinction, study finds Merlin could disappear in worst-case scenario, with British isles facing ecological ‘point of no return’

Turns out there is a danger of extinction to indigenous inhabitants of the British isles, so maybe we ought to do something about it? www.theguardian.com/environment/...

Fifth 'cold' of 2026. Me 'n' Thomas are on the sofa watching One Piece... there are literally >1,000 episodes of it. 🫠 What's a movie I could stand that a 10-yr-old might be interested in?

This is already one of my all-time-fav threads on this site. I'm torn between wanting to know everything and wanting to know nothing.

7" of Prince Far I - Zion Call on Morpheus label. Released in 1976. Label credits Castro Brown as the producer. It is more likely self-produced by Prince Far I at Joe Gibbs studio.

Remembering Prince Far I who was born on this day in 1945.

This 7" of Zion Call is on the same rhythm as Errol Holt's Gimmie Gimmie. Prince Far I later re-voiced it as Concrete Column on his Message From The King LP...
