Stress is definitely a factor, but I'm hoping I can at least get some help from managing diet (for the GI issues at least). Everything that can be managed in other ways, we've already tried/tested.
My plan is to do a minimum 2 weeks of low fodmap, then slowly reintroduce with at least a few days in between any new additions, longer if needed to reset after any flares. And starting with foods that are a staple of my usual diet (onions and garlic 😭).
Ok, soliciting advice: I've got a ton of health issues both GI and systemic that are flaring and it's boiling down to an elimination diet to see if I can nail down any trigger foods. Already met with a dietician to actually get some guidance, but I figure there's folks on here that have done this.

Thus, simply cover your food stains with used motor oil.
