I doubt they would react there same to a cis woman in the same outfit. Maybe they would and are just backwards in general. I couldn’t even wear my burqa instead that’s also illegal there 🤨 they don’t want you to be too modest or too immodest got to be exactly the right amount for the Belgian gov.
I changed trains going from the Netherlands (where I’ve had no issues with any outfit) to Scotland (where it is legal to be 100% naked in public). I was in Belgium for 30min, two different officials rudely said my skirt was too short, one misgendered me repeatedly even when corrected.

I personally am in a 12 step program I do think peer support is fantastic and it’s what has been most effective for me, same for total abstinence.
I am not an evangelist though there are many paths to recovery. So I want to add that professional support, rehab, harm reduction etc are also options.
Today I have been clean of all intoxicants for one year
Before that I had been in active addiction for 26 years.
Life without drugs is possible, you can do it and you don’t have to do it alone. Support is available. I love you

Eg if you have an 8 year old and a 4 year old you need two adults. If you have a 12 year old and a 15 year old you need one adult. If it’s borderline, eg a 5 year old and a 6 year old and one adult then you can have both in the younger group at their grown ups discretion.
