If I understand you correctly, my assumption isn't listed. I would expect 100 to 199. If the marker is placed at frame 200 (i.e. at its start, between 199 and 200), I would expect the cut to splice there, culling frame 200.

I was never a comic guy buy I watched The Maxx on MTV in the summer of 1995. I loved it so much I ended up taping them, replaying on loop, and buying the comics where the series left off. That series hit me at the right age and had an oddly profound impact. Thanks, Sam.

I'm six years late to this party but we watched the Netflix film Klaus tonight. I was skeptical but It's really freaking good! Very unique animated film that takes itself just seriously enough. Clever story with an original art style. Loved it.
