My cat got spooked from all the fireworks! Jumped on my head right after midnight.. then off my legs covered with bedding and left me with a gash on my forehead, three punctures on my cheek and two giant gashes on my thigh… Pretty angry here too! What a way to begin 2025!!

I needed 3 more days to have the week before Thanksgiving off to have my double mastectomy, providing me with 2 full weeks for surgery and healing. My peers donated their hours. This is relatively new. Prior years I had to take an unpaid leave.

I was approved to have my chemo port removed for treatment of Stage 3 Bladder Cancer… All tests over the past year have been clear, so it’s a go!!!! YEAH!!
