I’ve been using a wall to put my massage ball on to work out some knots in my neck and shoulders. I was just doing it when I heard a noise and fell back. I lost the ball, but it didn’t drop. I turned around and saw the ball lodged in the wall. My landlord is going to be really happy about that.

6 years on HRT. Hasn’t been an easy time, but I love my life in a way I never would have been able to before.
