Hey I have that exact same glass from a pub in London! Nice pic :)
Amazing, thanks for the reply! I'll check it out :)
Hey out of curiosity, why are you using two different <script>? What's the advantage of having two?
That looks dope
I totally did! I can't wait to see how the trilogy goes. Anything else to recommend after that? I saw the Horus Heresy has like 50 books so I might want to read something Dark Angels first? Or maybe something from the Astra Militarum
Dope! Will look at it, I got the intercessors because I wanted to start with something "easy" as they will be my first minis! I actually want to jump into some Deathwing Knights because they look super dope but daunting for the first paint haha
I'll be following the Dark Angels chapter! I have read some lore about them and I find them pretty interesting :)
You are right, it was you! I genuinely enjoyed the ride :) I'm about to start the second now, Malleus!
Whenever I finish the box, I'll be jumping into painting, looking forward to it ποΈ
Assembled miniatures of an Intercessor Squad in Warhammer 40k l
A box of intercessor squad, a battle honour "Begin your journey" magazine and some hobby tools
So a few weeks ago I said I wanted to get into Warhammer #40k and I did! I started reading Eisenhorn (almost done with it) and I have assembled the first part of my future army of Dark Angels. I gotta say, the assembling of minis has a pretty rewarding experience!
I have this side project and I was so excited to work on it over the holidays and maybe finish it, but then I realized I would rather relax and enjoy family time and work on it at a more luxurious pace through the year.
Itβs hard for me to turn off that βship itβ mentality and just enjoy the process, but itβs nice when I can.
Work is stressful enough, some things can be for the fun of it

Good morning from snowy Lenggries :)
Thanks :) Will do!
Oh boy! Thanks for the lengthy response and for the heads up as well, at the end of the day its still a game and we have to take that into account as well!
Regarding the factions that you mentioned, the Imperial Knights look dope! I will check them out and the Astartes faction too
Thanks for the book recommendations! I'll check them out :)
Regarding the TTRPG, do you recommend a specific version to check out or to start playing?

Out of curiosity, given that I do not know that many factions/armies, what are your favorites? I have come across the Adeptus Mechanicus and they seem cool!
Amazing, thanks for the tips! I already acquired Rogue Trader, Dawn of War and Mechanicus, looking to play them!
About the books: The trilogy is 900 pages long and coming from the Stormlight Archive it's a welcoming sight β₯οΈ
I have also found a local W40k store where I live, so I'll go visit :)
Dope, send me the channel! Will check it out :)
Amazing, thanks for the recommendations! I have already gotten the Rogue Trader and the Mechanicus games on steam, let's see how it goes :)
40K seems to have hooked me in now, but I will definitely check out AoS! I'm a DnD fan so it will go hand in hand π€
But how?! Any recommendations? The lore is immense, I'm into books, so I don't mind reading long books.
I have seen there are also some videogames to get immersed into the lore
Also, the TTRPG (Which I guess is the original way of playing it) looks also really dope
Nice setup, which display is that?
So I kinda watched the Secret Level episode of #Warhammer40k and now I kinda want to get into the universe?

My god you can feel the love that was poured into this in every interaction.

Here it is!
The big thing is the (experimental) Environment API: our hope is it can serve as the foundation for frameworks that run code in multiple different JS runtimes.
The internal module runner refactors also pave the way for some interesting things down the road...
