I'm sure I've seen "Diskette" written somewhere but having scanned through all my old Amstrad CPC floppies, they were just unsure if it should be "Disk" or "Disc"..
I always knew that "Disk" was short for "Diskette".. Maybe in a book or something?!
In my circles they were "Disks", not "Floppies"
