Google has given website publishers until 15 June to stop "back button" hijacking or else face being downgraded in search. The tactic, used by the likes of Taboola, makes pressing the back button on a website browser open an unwanted advert. www.searchenginejournal.com/new-google-s...

Surprised “beer gut” didn’t make the list ;-)
Broken?
They’ve recently updated the lyrics slightly :-)

ITV Central had this as well. Just a ITV1 logo loop. Seemed to come back around the spot it left at (mid-story).
No on-air acknowledgement. I suspect it isn’t broadcast live tonight.

My view to see Happy Mondays and The Farm tonight!
By those in the boats?
Or those drinking along the shore?
I know it was an #AprilFool’s joke, but this really should happen.

Sydney used to have Mercedes-Benz buses.
Riding the bus was referred to as “taking the chauffeur-driven Mercedes”.
Is it just the wheels being covered over that makes it look “tram-like”?
For some reason, Transport for West Midlands still think that what the Walsall-Solihull Sprint route needs are "tram-like buses". While they do look quite smart, ultimately they are just the latest iteration of what used to be called 'bendibuses'.
His episodes of Celebrity Race Across the World (S2) are still on iPlayer, so can’t be THAT bad.
Just bought a ticket to see Trevor Horn in December. He’s the guy from The Buggles (amongst many other songs he’s written or produced)

I think the following quote applies here:
“Is it true? Or did you read it on Birmingham Live?”

And at 9:57 there was still a chance the football would overrun
And it had accurate (I assume) subtitles as well!
For those outside the UK who don’t want to wait for a local airing of #SNLUK, Sky are uploading clips onto YouTube (hopefully not geoblocked)

Shakespeare: "I got a cunty little earring"!
The Americans could never.
#SNLUK
#SNLUK is surprisingly pretty good.
Maybe it’s the allowing of swearing (unlike the rather sterile US version) that tips it over the line for me.

Having audience members who have a connection to what is being discussed by the guests makes it appear as though the “chat” is heavily scripted rather than a genuine chat.
I get that GN is also a pre-prepared chat (I just skip to the red chair these days), but this is next level awkward.
