Went to watch the murmurations over Newcastle tonight. Such an amazing things to see. The pictures dont do it justice. Ive seen them before but the scale of this one tonight was much bigger than I've ever seen. The video compression on this app doesn't help.

I'm thinking I'd rather he wasn't touching them to transfer into one bag before taking them to the kitchen? BUT THEN HE SAYS...

"And I'll have these for my lunch."

At this stage it's important to say this could have been doughnuts just as easily but it wasn't here.

So usually this goes one of two ways. There's a polite, "Anyone want another song they dont go to waste?" Then if its a large number they would be taken to the kitchen and left by the coffee machine or a smaller number then maybe back to the office for the rest of the team not at the meeting.

Anyway, one person decided they were too important in their world to attend the full three hours (but in reality, insignificant enough their presence was not needed or missed). Anyway they wander back at the end to thank everyone. I know, You know I'm coming back to the big biscuits...

Is this strange? There was a meeting today and someone brought biscuits for the break, big ones, you might call them cookies if that was your thing, though it doesn't sit right with me.

Had a really strange sensation when driving this morning. Going round a bend to a slip road it felt like it wasn't getting closer. I was doing 70 and it was a 200ish yards away but although driving towards it, it never felt like it was getting closer. Like I was being imperceptibly reset in time.

Every Winter Olympic event looks like a game thought up by kids that their teachers eventually have to ban on the playground.

Its not even the first time someone in office has made a dildo comment that I've decided against replying too. One of the engineers was telling me about the works night out at some bingo type thing and that she won she won a massive dildo saying, "What am I meant to do with that?!"

Chatting to a woman in the office, don't know her really, but quite senior so was reaching for some safe small talk & ended up talking about the Winter Olympics.

She said she couldn't do ski-jump as she would end up "landing like a sack of dildos".

Thanks for the rec. Had difficulty booking some places due to it being valentines day but managed to get into Shebabs! Very nice but yes traffic was chaos around there.

It's either:

"I can't go away with you on a rock climbing weekend, what if something's on TV and it's never shown again."

OR

Strangely I seem to be doing better with hard mode? I must just be better with greys and purples I have no doubt this is going to throw up a 'colour blind' spot.
