Eh it’s not a bad thing. I’m 57 and I use it mainly for a bunch of vitamins and supplements but thankfully not many actual prescription medications so far. It mostly just eliminates the fear of taking too much or too little of something because of forgetfulness.

Not that I know of lol. I think it was just a good easy meat dish for her to make that would feed a family of 4 several days in a row. It sounds good now but back then I think I got tired of it.
I ate so much goulash as a kid. Seems like my mom made it once a week.
