This Truth Social post is not accurate. If this was Alex Pretti, he did not spit in the face of a calm and cool ICE/CBP (?) officer. He did spit at the car that housed some ICE/CBP (?) officers, and the windows of that car were closed when he did so.

There were zero air tragedies under Biden/Harris/20-24. The FAA diversity requirements and other DEI policies were in place, were they not? Pete Buttigieg was wonderful as Transportation Secretary. The Trump "Apprentice-like" firings of air traffic leaders after 1/20/2025 was not a smart strategy.
The Press conference with praise from Duffy/Hegseth/Vance wasn't good enough. Trump had to "televise" his signing of an Executive Order shifting the blame of the crash from him, onto Biden/Harris/Buttigieg/DEI. Did the air crash spoil your "no disasters on my watch" Presidential record, Trump?
Trump: "Some of them are so bad..." Put them in front of the camera, Trump. Before you send them off to Guantanimo, show us the ones that are "so bad" no one wants them. Tell us what they did that was so bad that, while they were here, were not already in "our" jail system.

So, say ByteDance starts negotiating a sale to Thiel for 90 days, then Altman, 90 days, Zuckerberg, Musk, Truth Social, Google, Meta, etc. Tik-Tok keeps running by satisfying and continually extending the 90 day law criteria during Trump's 4 years. Delays, appeals, worked for Trump. Not a lawyer.
