Welcome to LEDraw Draw anything here and it’ll show up on the LED Display next to my desk.

Had fun yesterday, drawing on my LED panel 🐥

Nothing triggers me more than someone launching a podcast… and it only exists on Spotify or YouTube.

React Server Components Your Way | TanStack Blog RSCs are genuinely exciting — smaller bundles, streaming UI, moving heavy work off the client — but existing implementations force you into a one-size-fits-all pattern. What if you could fetch, cache,...

Finally, TanStack Start now supports React Server Components!

Start's RSCs are a truly fetchable, cacheable and composable primitive that work with your favorite tools instead of dictating your entire architecture.

Oh, and one more thing... "Composite Components" 😉

The white one, where you could sense its age by the amount of crumbles between the keys will always have a special place in my heart.

Is that an old apple keyboard on your desk?

A few days into using @zed.dev and I’m honestly impressed. Super refreshing. Blazing fast.

That’s true. It can remove a layer as well. I was thinking more about the additional setup like introducing a new backend adapter, defining a schema, or wiring up a new saas provider.

Sync engine = implicit. Data “just shows up” and stays fresh (mostly happy-path).

Fetching= explicit. I’m responsible for loading/error states, retries and concurrency (esp. across multiple resources)

A sync engine adds another layer. Worth it for data heavy apps, unnecessary overhead otherwise

I designed a new case for my LED matrix panel because I wasn’t happy with the one I found on MakerWorld. In case (haha) you need it too, here’s the model👇

Sorry… </Rant>

They rejected an update a while back, saying they couldn’t use the credentials for the test account I provided. MAYBE THE REVIEWERS SHOULDN’T TEST THE DELETE-ACCOUNT FEATURE THEN???

They want me to record another video to show how I use location access, which is fine in theory. But this is a maintenance update. It works exactly the same as the last 20 updates. WTF.

The usability of the Google Play Store is ridiculous. I’m honestly close to rage-quitting my android app. Getting beta testers to download it is a waste of everyone’s time, and the dashboard still displays multiple red warnings that were resolved a year ago.

Same here with the agentic coding. OpenCode was my biggest change in my stack last year.

Turns out I’m a “file my tax return on January 3rd kind of guy” now.

Most random thing I changed this year: I completely rewired my keyboard habits.

Finally learned touch typing, went from ISO DE to ANSI, moved to a split keyboard and adopted home row mods.

Turns out muscle memory is reprogrammable.

I will try it, when I feel ready for such a big step.

We all reach a point in life where we must accept a hard truth: Sometimes we are wrong. Growth means listening, reflecting, and having the courage to admit when our opinions were flawed.

Anyway, after deep self-reflection, I now believe Nutella absolutely needs butter underneath it.
