What we should do instead is realize you are not stronger than like everything you've ever been taught in your life. Instead try to find where those tendencies seep in and get rid of them. I am trained to respond that way to someone saying I'm afraid, I need to fix that.

I hate how people who try to fight things always use other people's examples. One of the best speeches I saw was an activist who said "raise your hands if you're a racist." No one raised their hands and she said "that's the problem."

Masculinity:

I was talking to my CPAP provider because my tube is really difficult to pull off the machine. I was worried that I would break it. She was talking to herself while putting in notes and said "he is scared that the machine will break" My snap response without thinking: "I'm not scared!"

Frozen Crown - Winterbane. Another in the long list of bands from Scarlet Records from Italy with metal riffs and an opera trained woman singing. I like Voluturian more but I like this group as well. There's a song about Arya Stark on the album.

Meatloaf - Bat outta Hell was next. I don't know how anybody's pants stayed on in the late 70s with this guy out there making albums like this

Duran Duran Rio was up next. One of the classics. Two of my favorite Duran Duran songs on it

Lynrd Skynrd one more from the road. It's a live album, I think this is where "play some freebird" comes from. It has all the songs you want to hear on and it's good

Journey - Esc4p3. I mean it has don't stop believing and the rest of the album is pretty good. One thing I like about this record is that there is a ton of diversity like they were purposefully trying different genres

Madness - Absolutely. Madness is my favorite two tone ska group. This album kind of blends in the background not so many bangers
