yeah the panel is an OLED, so vibrant colours and deep blacks, like the ps vita! all in all it cost around £80 to get the panel and the precut shell from Zedlabs!

I had to solder the world’s smallest wire to a random point on the power switch which I’m very glad I was able to do because it really is great screen, pics don’t do it justice

I did a great job on my gbc too because it looks fuckin sick >:)

I’ve not played much of 64, but the fact you can switch to RR and Revolution handling in the options is something I found very interesting. I’ll probably finish the game up over time just so I can say it’s done, but I’m just happy that there’s SOME form of RR release happening… even if it is 64.

it’s straight-up emulation with a resolution bump, funny issues with LOD popping in the distance, like there’s looney toons-ass paintings in tunnels and then boop, it’s a real part of the track. I gave it a smoke last night and it feels like RR64. Not my fave but an interesting Nintendo take on RR
