I'm.not even sure if they got punished because they only brought Haruomi back

Different situations though...Tinkermon was entirely his fault when he forced Ramphomon to digivolve without being able to control his e-pulse enough so it wouldn't go beserk.
Commandramon would have been Haruomi's fault after all.
