A toned man wearing nothing but glasses and cowboy boots presents his ass dick and balls to the viewer, presumably a giant bug. A sign that says "Free bug hole" has an arrow pointing to his ass. A proboscis presses into his hole and he immediately comes. He grits his teeth in pleasure as the giant mosquito (?) sucks the life out of him, one half heart at a time like a video game character. His toes curl as his own spend and bug slime cover his chest and face as the hearts run out. He then respawns with full hearts in his bed and his expression implies he very much wants to do that again. The colors are sickly greens and neon blues and purples. Just all around headache-inducing to look at.
