Sounds like bad parenting, and not social media, was the problem. Both my kiddos, 20 and 10, use social media to communicate with their friends. But I place limits on screen time and keep tabs on what they are doing online using controls that have existed since my eldest was a child.
There are already plenty of resources to keep your children off of social media. There could be better ones, but these bills should be about putting more power in the hands of parents, not restricting everyone else's access to the internet and tracking everything we do online.

Anyone know what kind of eggs these are? Our grilling toolbox was left partially opened last year and some birdy saw the opportuniy and took it.
Our best guess is maybe Blue Jay or Cardinal but there isn't a lot of room in there and I am thinking maybe a smaller bird.
