Mike Lawler cast the deciding vote on the GOP’s “Big Ugly Bill” giving permanent tax cuts to the wealthy while 140k NYers lose enhanced tax credits.

By contrast, from 2012 to 2017, previous administrations exceeded the cap in four out of seven years.
