#Gibraltar - latest Satellites (incl SAT24), Radar & Obs for 11:15am, 23/04 - shows some high cloud and the Saharan dust just visible - however, winds have now settled Easterly on the Rock and eyes are on the bank of low cloud which has now reached the Malaga area and moving Westwards. 👀

Hottest spots so far today are in the Valencian region with 32.6C in Xàtiva & 32.0C in Ontinyent (10degC or so > average).

As MeteoGib previously posted, dust continues to intensify today and has extended N/E across most of the peninsula and, aloft, as far as the #UK - the dust haze/ calima very evident again this morning at #sunrise seen from the Rock.
