been a while since i last made a render

this seems to be a universal thing for me, whether it be working on art, or making things, or doing exercise.

i've been told a few times of the usefulness of warming up before doing something, a basic related task before doing the actual task.

i've found the warm up with a basic task does get me prepped, to continuing the warm up task. and when i try to do the actual task i no longer got the energy for it.

one way i found that helped was to create a music playlist to associate with specific activities.
