I've had to cancel some upcoming Skyrim modding projects I was working on, which is a big bummer personally, but it's a very small price to pay compared to what Palestinians are living through.

Made a small statement on a Skyrim modding discord, explaining why I'll be stepping back from the community in response to BDS calling a boycott on Microsoft's AI and gaming divisions. It sucks to lose a hobby but it's nothing compared to the suffering and dehumanization Palestinians have endured.

the BDS requests on microsoft are extremely clear and also targeted. they aren't "uninstall windows now and change your entire life," they aren't even a huge ask for games media outside of like exclusive world of warcraft streamers. there is no reason for the near total silence other than shame
