I would suggest the following NSFW content sharing settings:

-DM from users in friend list (allow/block)
-DM from users in shared servers (allow/block)
-DM from users not in friend list (allow/block)

This would give the user full control on who would be able to send them NSFW through their DMs.

I'm hopeful you will be able to find a good core group to help you with the growth of the platform.
