This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

R.I.P. to Jim Shooter. I was looking forward to seeing him, at this past HeroesCon, but now I (sadly) see why he canceled his appearance. I’m glad that I was able to meet him in 2017 and talk with him about some of his work that I enjoyed. He will be missed.
