That was definitely exciting. One of my friends said they had like 60 phones all go off in his office at once. I would’ve gone thru the ceiling!!

I have decent insurance and disability coverage, but they got me a power recliner so I can easily move around, an always hot tea pot so I can pour water rather than having to lift the kettle, and even paid for extra visits by my house cleaners! Good friends are the greatest thing you can cultivate!

The rest of the year has NOT been nice and boring. Ended with nuclear stress tests before Thanksgiving, angioplasty and CABG (open heart bypass) after, and me wondering how I’m going to do 6 weeks of limited mobility when they release me from the hospital. My friends have stepped up so much tho!!!!

This has been the craziest 4 months, starting with fracturing my patella on 5/31 (1st broken bone!), having surgery (1st titanium plate!), and ending with getting Covid (also a first!). I’m really hoping the rest of the year is just nice and boring.

I need to rewatch it now!!!! I think I binged 25 episodes in a weekend before I went to a con that had panels.

It was definitely sudden. I stepped outside to get something from my car and could literally see it. Haven’t stepped outside since!

Went to a family thing last weekend. 19 people got sick and my 91 yo mom spent 4 days in the hospital so she could get Remdesivir. This was in the SF Bay Area.
