Leveraging tissue-resident memory T cells for non-invasive immune monitoring via microneedle skin patches - Nature Biomedical Engineering A strategy harnessing tissue-resident memory T cells to concentrate circulating immune cells enables non-invasive sampling of antigen-specific lymphocytes, providing a window into local and systemic immune responses in mice and humans.

A microneedle patch that uses tissue-resident memory T cells to enhance the detection of antigen-specific lymphocytes is presented in Nature Biomedical Engineering. 🧪 🩺

Happy to share new work from #theonlylabever, lead by the phenomenal @sltai.bsky.social - who developed a tool to study the biology of ILC3s, identifying their role in controlling CSF2-dependent myeloid cells. 🤗

Trump will probably ask for a Nobel price in Physiology and Medicine for his discovery that acetaminophen causes autism. Such lies and falsehoods will cause real harm and cost lives.

The A.I.-Profits Drought and the Lessons of History Like the steam engine, electricity, and computers, generative artificial intelligence could take longer than expected to transform the economy.

Interesting read, and different message from most of what we hear about AI.

The stupid “chainsaw” approach will seriously undermine research and innovation and will have serious long term impact on the economy and health of American people and beyond!

Compelling and likely not isolated story. On a different note, I did my postdoc in Denver, CO and loved it. Different times though.

Research also fuels the economy. But to realize this, one needs to be a little bit forward thinking.

That was my first one. I’m local and knew some of the attendees. But I don’t work on gamma delta T cells (yet, maybe). I met some new people, but not all 😅. Poland 2027 will depend on whether I start working in these cells or not…
