Finished Dave the Diver. Really fun game! I'd give it an 8/10. ๐. Probably will not be checking out the big Jungle DLC, game was starting to overstay its welcome for me towards the end hence me not playing any of the epilogue. Up to the credits though I would highly recommend!
Excited to try this out when it comes out in 1.0 :)

I also recently dove into my first few King books! Havent tried any of his short story collections yet ๐ค. Fairy Tale and Carrie were definitely misses for me but 'Salems Lot...
๐: The world is definitely original but sort of bland? I was expecting the rooms to be much more different than they actually are. Sort of getting a "backrooms" vibe from this without the creepypasta.
๐: Really impressed with how well paced this rather involved plot is being unraveled in such a short book. I guessed at what was going on relatively early but the unreliable narration has still been great fun and contained some great humor at times.
So I am about 50 pages from finishing #Piranesi. Love this cover variant by the way.
Solid 8/10 for me at the moment. Excited to see how it ends.

So I got these from a take a book, leave a book things around town. I've never heard of them. Are they any good?

FFT: War of the Lions, Crisis Core, X-Men Legends II: The Rise of Apocalypse. ๐ซก
Exactly! The bonding system really works well for this.
Some new additions to the TBR. #comichaul?
Absolutely love that Batman cover.
Recently beat it a month ago. The "How to Train your Dominatrix" side quest was peak. That schoolyard scene I just can't ๐
Was very underwhelmed by Hades 1. Hades 2 is surprising me with how much I am enjoying it. I just like the mechanics, story and setting WAY more than #1. I'm trying to avoid burnout by limiting myself to a few runs a day, its been working pretty well ;).
Oh man I need to return to this game! I hope my DS still works hahahaha
AH thank god fishdude's wife survived him. PHEW. I hope she is relevant in the series ๐๐๐๐
#Invincible
Unfortunately seems like it's going to be unrequited love ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ.
So I started reading #Invincible and going in blind. Just finished issue 7 and I absolutely love..Fishman?...!
Finished a surface run finally in #Hades2 last night! Game continually impresses me after being horribly underwhelmed by the first installment. Definitely going to work towards the "epilogue" achievement, however you get to that ๐คทโโ๏ธ. This is the build I got through with!
Up to Act 3 in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, such a pretty game with great writing. Makes me want to read The Once and Future King, never really got into Arthurian fiction before this.

Father Callahan and Mark Petrie were a ton of fun to read. Callahan's crisis of faith was fascinating to follow and I can see the beginnings of King's fluency in writing children PoVs in horror through Mark.
Easy recommendation.
This map I found online helped a lot hahaha.
Finished 'Salem's Lot last night!
Third time's the charm. After finding Carrie and Fairy Tale mediocre, 'Salem's Lot made me understand why King is the king of horror. The vampires were legitimately disturbing.
Read the first 8 pages last night and I'm getting some heavy old school D&D megadungeon crawl vibes which is very intriguing for a book ๐. Maybe i should crack the grid paper out for this hahaha.
It really did exceed my expectations after reading Carrie and Fairy Tale both of which I thought were pretty mediocre.
I did not think I would like Salem's lot so much. Father Callahan is SUCH a fun character. Really helping me channel my raised-Catholic angst with him hahahaha. Saw he is in Dark Tower... Very hyped. 100 more pages!!

If anyone was curious what I voted for the video game awards. I didn't vote on categories I had no opinion on :p
King Arthur + Modernized Morrowind Mechanics + Hellraiser + H R Giger
Need I say more.
