though i probably won't make heavy use of them since a passkey stored in a bitwarden vault is still roughly as secure as the vault itself

i'd prefer to do passkeys with an hsm

apparently bitwarden does in fact support storing passkeys but its so buried that i would have had to stumble upon it by accident or explicitly search for it in the documentation

(the latter may have changed but i didn't see an option for it when i checked)

passkey only is too much friction for my less technically inclined friends who may want to use it

i'd also need to work passkeys into my own setup considering vaultwarden doesn't support them
